Stephen A. Jones
Award-winning camera operator Stephen Jones first joined the television and film production industry after arriving in Los Angeles in 1979. Starting as a staffer with ABC in Hollywood, Jones acquired a wide range of program production experience, from game shows to daytime dramas, sitcoms to the Olympic Games. In 1987, he left ABC to freelance, concentrating his efforts in sitcoms. Jones has earned five Emmy Awards: three in the TD/Camera/Video for a series category for episodes of The Golden Girls, one for an episode of Benson and an Emmy for his work with ABC’s coverage of the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. In addition to service as a Television Academy governor, Jones serves as co-chair of the Technology & Convergence Committee and has been a longtime active member since joining the in the early 1980s. He holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Central Florida.

Philip S. Angerhofer
Philip Angerhofer has over 38 years of television industry experience in almost every aspect of production, including editing, camera operation and video control. At Metro Tape West in the 1970s, Angerhofer worked on numerous Norman Lear productions, including All in the Family, Maude and The Jeffersons. In 1978 he joined the ABC Television Network, where he specialized in show recording and editing, both “in house” and on location. He advanced to supervisor, network videotape operations, then to technical manager, videotape & postproduction. ABC then promoted him to engineering manager, responsible for technical crews and engineering equipment used in studio operations, location shoots and the daily production of ABC’s General Hospital. He is also involved with electronic high-definition systems for ABC’s studio and post-production applications. He is currently manager, studio and videotape operations.
