David L. Simon has hands-on experience in development, production, marketing and distribution with some of the entertainment industry’s most prestigious corporate brands. A media veteran of more than 30 years, he has held senior management positions at television stations and major broadcast groups in sales, marketing, programming and production, culminating as vice president of programming and production for the Fox Television Station Group, and concurrent election as president of NATPE. Recruited by Disney to set up and run its first international television production company in London, Simon established production offices in eight countries, producing 45 weekly programs in 40 countries. He subsequently supervised the launch of the first international Disney Channels, Super RTL in Germany and GMTV in the United Kingdom. Simon returned to the U.S. to head DreamWorks Television Animation Studio. He formed Simon Bros. Media to identify and develop content for converging media. Simon also serves as an advisor and board member to several entertainment companies.

Susan Nessanbaum-Goldberg has recently been developing, selling shows and working as an executive in charge of production for Merv Griffin's Crosswords for Merv Griffin Productions and PPI, NBC's Deal or No Deal, Starface for GSN and But Can They Sing? for Granada USA/VH1 and SoapTalk for SoapNet. She is also co-executive producer on a Sci Fi Network talk-show special. Nessanbaum-Goldberg began her production career with Compact Video, where she helped to supply the first video production trucks on film studio lots and worked on air-packed location shoots around the world. She then spent many years as a freelance associate producer and producer for such companies as Brillstein-Grey, Carsey-Werner, Witt-Thomas and an array of network in-house productions. After almost six years as a vice president of production at Columbia Tri-Star Television Distribution/Sony Pictures Television, where Nessanbaum-Goldberg's main focus was primarily syndication and cable, she has overseen both single- and multi-camera film productions, as well as numerous television shows in all genres. Along with her service as a Television Academy governor, she co-chairs its Diversity Committee.
