Ken Stein

Ken Stein was a stage manager best known for his long career working on variety and awards specials. Stein ran the stage for Oscar, Emmy, Golden Globe and Grammy Award broadcasts.

He also contributed to the series The Price Is Right, The Jeffersons and The Weird Al Show, as well as specials for Warner Brothers, Disney and the American Film Institute.

Additionally, Stein contributed to Miss Universe Pageants, People’s Choice Awards, Critics’ Choice Awards, NAACP Image Awards, TV Land Awards and American Music Awards.

He began his career in entertainment as a production assistant on Rowan & Martin’s Laugh-In.
