This star-studded evening will recognize and pay tribute to the honored programs which were telecast in 2009 on ABC, CBS, Current TV, Discovery Health, FOX, HBO, and National Geographic and exemplify “Television with a Conscience.” Phil Gurin (The Singing Bee, Miss Universe Pageant) will produce the ceremony for the third consecutive year.
