Actress Katharine Hepburn, winner of a record four Academy Awards, died Jun 29.

A funeral service was held at Forest Lawn on Thursday, June
5, for multiple Emmy nominee Haskell "Buzzy" Boggs, ASC,
who died at his home in Studio City, California, on May 30. He
was 94, and his death was attributed to natural causes.
