Tzvi Small was a producer best known for his work on several reality programs and awards shows. Most recently, Small contributed as the executive in charge of the popular competition series America’s Got Talent. With credits on nearly 100 episodes of the program, Small joined Talent in its ninth season, in 2014, and was a key part of the production until 2016.

Small also contributed to the 1990 variety series Dionne and Friends, starring Dionne Warwick; Duets, which saw celebrity mentors looking for undiscovered talent to perform with; Sing Your Face Off, which had celebrities impersonating famous artists; and To Tell the Truth, which featured celebrity panelists guessing which contestant among three was telling the truth.

In addition, he contributed to the first five annual BET Awards, beginning in 2001; multiple Grammy Awards and Latin Grammy Awards programs; and multiple Country Music Association Awards telecasts.

He earned his first credit as an associate producer in 1986 on the televised concert special The Bangles: Syria Mosque Concert. He also contributed to the specials New Kids on the Block at Disney-MGM Studios: Wildest Dreams, Houdini: Unlocking His Secrets, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit: 50 Years of Beautiful, as well as specials for Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin and Smokey Robinson.
